Hello Naz, I would like to take a moment to thank you for your help with the sale of my father’s estate home. I recognized that we were going to have some challenges when our original buyer realized that he would not be able to follow through with his intended use for the property. As such, this house did not meet with his expectations but he had already fully committed to the purchase in our signed Purchase Agreement. While we had him under a contractual agreement with a deposit on hand, I had concerns as to the outcome at the pending closing time and if I would be engaged in some unwanted legal entanglements. Through your efforts, you were able to find an alternate buyer that was willing to purchase my father’s home under the same terms and conditions, except for a 30 day delay in closing, which was totally acceptable to me.
